The Referral System
When a field agent identifies a need (e.g., a child who needs a prosthetic), a digital referral is sent immediately to the nearest verified NGO partner. The progress of this service is tracked through a QR-code system until completion.

By mapping services geographically, we can identify "Service Deserts"—areas where PWDs are not receiving help—and guide NGOs to expand their operations to those specific locations.
