Why we built this
For decades, Persons with Disabilities in Ethiopia, particularly in rural areas like Tigray, have remained invisible in centralized data systems.
The Disability Information Center (DiC) was established to bridge this gap. By combining field-agent registration with a secure, digital registry, we are turning metadata into meaningful change.
